FAQs
Please check below to see if your question has been answered.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive at your scheduled time. There is no need to arrive early; your check-in time is included in your time slot.
Why do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments enable us to ensure that a member of our team is available to work with you. Appointments also allow us to offer you a bit more privacy during a time which may be emotional.
Can I bring items to be cremated with my pet?
Yes, you are welcome to provide a favorite blanket, flowers, photographs, letters to your pet, favorite toys, etc. Please remove any items made of hard plastic, rubber, or metal.
How do I know those are my pet's ashes?
Each pet is issued an identifying tag that contains the vital information from their account, as well as a metal ID disc with a unique identifying number that stays with their remains permanently and is linked to the pet’s file. Although animal aftercare is not regulated by law in Washington State, we apply the same standards to the care of pet remains that are legally mandated for the care of human remains. It is important to us that we treat each pet with respect, and we understand how hard it can be to trust strangers with your loved one. If you have additional concerns about this, please reach out to us.
Can I bring my own urn/Do I need to have an urn?
We do require a solid-walled container with a lid; it is our policy not to provide remains in a plastic bag in order to avoid any chance that the bag may be punctured. You are welcome to provide your own urn or other vessel if you would like to. Additional fees may be assessed in these cases.
