Arriving at Our Facility
When you arrive, our team will guide you through selecting the cremation service, urn and keepsake options that best suit your needs and wishes. After that, we'll bring your pet into our care and give you some time for a final goodbye.
Receiving Your Pet’s Ashes
If you choose Individual cremation, the ashes will be carefully placed in the urn of your choice. When your pet is ready to go home, you'll be notified via text and provided with a link to schedule an appointment.
